A divided kingdom cannot resist the onslaught from an adversary. A divided human being cannot face life with dignity.

I’ve read other Zen books but this’ll be the first one I actually post about; they’re more like Zen Tweets.

You will ache. You will dream. You will love. You will heal. You will rise.

How would I hang up the phone when the person I’m talking to is going to disappear? Wouldn’t it be a nice to just go back to the way things used to be?

Sometimes, even without going to bed I change all at once! Have you ever had that? Suddenly the power of knowledge and understanding strikes me and I wonder who I have been all that time up until that point.

It makes me proud to make “The Book of Sand” the first book I write about on my blog. I hope to not do it an injustice with the scantness of my words.
